At the beginning of its establishment, A-CUBE Casters took customer satisfaction as high as 95% and product ex-factory pass rate must be 100% as its quality standard.
From raw material procurement, processing to product inspection and storage, they are strictly implemented in accordance with ISO9001: 2015 quality management standard, and resolutely ensure that unqualified products do not leave the factory to ensure that each product meets the quality standards and the quality is stable for a long time.
Strict Quality Control of Production
A) Raw material control
At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material’s production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
B) Workshop
We now have 3 workshops and each worker is willing to wear overalls, that make sure the work environment clean and safe.

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we will hold a meeting with Purchasing, Production and Packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution. We are in line with “quality innovation to win the Market, the good faith management cast the future.” Philosophy, rigorous and Meticulous work style, high cost-effective products. Caster Slewing Performance Test.
SOP – First put the single wheel on a horizontal experimental plane, After that load the maximum load as per Specified by caster load, tie a rope parallel experimental surface, and gradually increase the weight through the pulley to determine the wheels turn to the mass of half weight.
Caster Rotation Performance Test
SOP – Caster Rotation performance test that the caster is fixed on support arm of testing machine and starting angle is is adjusted to 90˚ against the wheel direction of the caster, so that the caster rotates after the maximum load is loaded and see the rotation tendency.
Caster Walking Performance test
SOP – Caster walking performance test allows the customer to load at maximum load and then walk on the steel turn-table at certain speed to see if the wheel surface is cracked or peeled, whether it has smooth rotation and whether there is any abnormal noise.
Other caster tests
Other caster test include Salt spray test, drop test, Plastic Impact test, Hardware and plastic hardness test, Block frequency test etc.
